These Terms of Service govern your use of ClipLyft, a web based publishing tool for short form video creators, available at cliplyft.com. By creating an account or using ClipLyft, you agree to these terms.
ClipLyft helps creators prepare and publish their own videos to their own TikTok accounts. After you connect your TikTok account through TikTok Login, you can prepare videos and captions in the ClipLyft dashboard and send videos to your TikTok account as drafts. You review and post drafts inside TikTok.
You are responsible for your ClipLyft account and for the TikTok account you connect. Connecting TikTok authorizes ClipLyft to read your basic profile information and to upload drafts to your account, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect TikTok from ClipLyft or revoke access from your TikTok settings at any time.
You keep all rights to the videos, captions, and other content you prepare with ClipLyft. You give ClipLyft permission to process and transmit that content only as needed to operate the publishing features you use. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for following TikTok's terms and community guidelines.
Do not use ClipLyft to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or in violation of TikTok's terms, and do not use ClipLyft to access any account other than your own. Accounts that misuse the service may be suspended.
ClipLyft is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The service may change, be suspended, or be discontinued, and its availability depends in part on TikTok's developer platform and APIs. We may update these terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact channels on our social profiles linked from the ClipLyft homepage.
