ClipLyft Poster is a private utility application operated by Jordon Murphy for the ClipLyft brand. It publishes short videos, prepared by the owner, to the owner's own TikTok account @cliplyft using TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API. The application is not a public service. It has no public registration, no other users, and no access to any TikTok account other than the owner's.
The application may be used only by its owner, only with the owner's own TikTok account, and only to publish content the owner has the right to post. All content published through the application remains the responsibility of the owner and must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
The application is provided as is, for the owner's internal use. It may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Continued operation depends on the availability of TikTok's developer platform and API.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this application, including any interruption of publishing or loss of access to the connected account.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new revision date.
