ClipLyft Poster is a private utility application operated by Jordon Murphy for the ClipLyft brand. It connects to a single TikTok account, @cliplyft, which is owned and operated by the same person. The application is not offered to the public and no other person can sign up for it or use it.
ClipLyft Poster uses TikTok Login Kit to confirm the identity of the account owner and the TikTok Content Posting API to publish short videos, prepared by the owner, to the owner's own TikTok profile. That is its entire function.
Through the TikTok API, the application accesses only the basic profile information of the connected account (the user.info.basic scope), which is used to confirm that the connected account is @cliplyft during sign in. The application does not collect information about any other TikTok user. It does not read direct messages, contacts, browsing history, or device data.
Account identity information is used only to complete sign in and to confirm that posts are published to the correct account. Video files prepared by the owner are transmitted to TikTok solely so they can be published to the owner's profile. Information accessed through the API is never sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose outside the operation of this application.
Access tokens issued by TikTok are stored securely by the integration platform used to operate the application and are kept only while the application remains connected. The owner can revoke the application's access at any time from TikTok's settings, which ends all API access.
The application communicates with TikTok's API and with the integration platform that hosts the connection. No other third party receives data through this application.
This application is an internal business tool. It is not directed at children and collects no information from children.
